We had a Texas Barista Jam back in November.  There is talk of planning another one within 2007.  

Local meetings are welcome and encouraged.  I would suggest visiting the Forum and setting one up for your neck of the woods.  

Large-scale jams take a lot of time, energy, resources, and money to put together, so there won&#039;t be another one of those for awhile, but local meetings and jams are pretty easy to do.  

It just takes a little promoting the event locally and making sure you will have a place to host it and enough coffee and milk on hand to supply it.</description>
